This website is designed for the bus enthusiast, it provides current and historical pictures and data of the Buses of Bermuda, and is best viewed in conjunction with the book 'The Buses of Bermuda' by Colin Pomeroy and Michael Herbert

Buses were introduced to Bermuda in 1946 with 5 secondhand GMC vehs from the USA. Today. the modern fleet operated by the Passenger Transport Board (PTB) and its staff has nearly 90% airconditioned vehs all built in Europe but maintained by staff of the PTB on the island of Bermuda.
